What is Chirp and Charm? 

Chirp and Charm is a small creative brand founded by artist Luisa Ossa, bringing together nature photography, illustration, and playful design to create uplifting stationery and gift products. Inspired by birdwatching, art, and the joy of handwriting, each design begins with original photography and is transformed into colorful prints featured across journals, greeting cards, mugs, puzzles, and wall art.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Our products are print on demand to reduce waste. When you place your order your product is created! Most orders arrive in 10-16 business days. 

What is your return policy?

Because our products are print on demand we do not accept returns. However, we want all our customers to be happy. So while we hope this never happens, if you receive an item that is damaged please take a photo and send it along with an explanation of the problem to info@chirpandcharm.com so we can make it right by sending a replacement or providing a refund.
