Since all items are made to order, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a quality issue.

If there’s a problem with your order, please send message us at info@chirpandcharm.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund if needed.
